After being stranded with my pet from a car breakdown, I was so grateful for the help of Bev and her partner. They went out of their way to be accomodating.The room was spotless and had everything that I required. I'd recommend them to everyone. A bowling club and pub nearby that offer a courtesy bus was a bonus as well.

Great hotel for families, the breakfast buffet was amazing, the hotel amenties were great as well. We loved the school holidays free movie nights ever night as well.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Mantra Nelson Bay Aqua! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, and everything you need, making it incredibly convenient for a family getaway. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering plenty of room for our whole family to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which allowed us to enjoy leisurely cooked breakfasts each morning — a real bonus. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully set up, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay in Nelson Bay. A lovely spot and a great experience all around!

The staff are very friendly & nice. Breakfast was excellent and fantastic service

Great place for a boys golf trip with everything onsite and the course was top notch from the blacks. Room was great and plenty of food options.
